This bachelor thesis deals with understanding the place, its analysis, reflections on future development and then the design of a new part of the city, buildings, renovations and modifications. It's necessary to think about social and cultural functions to ensure a comfortable life of the population, social interaction in the already existing community and support for incoming residents in the new part of the city. Social relations and social role arising from them in the school group from the point of view of educators.

The thesis deals with social relationships in the school group from the perspective of educators and on the roles that arise due to these relationships. That is, whether the educators realize that the school group is a space for interactions between children. The theoretical part focuses on chapters from social psychology related to the topic of this thesis. It also describes the field of leisure pedagogy, characterizes individual school facilities for non-formal education and educators of the school group. The practical part is devoted to interviews that were conducted with five educators from three different primary schools and it also briefly comments on the interview with two children attending one of the school groups. A question about the formality of the interviews arose during the interviews, thus the practical part also touches upon the comparison of the impact of the environment in which the interview takes place or the length of the respondent's practice. The findings show that all the educators that were questioned by the author of this thesis are aware that the school group is an environment for children's interactions, where children establish relationships and try different roles. However, not all of them can apply this knowledge to their praxis.

School principal at the implementer of changes affecting the quality of relations between the teaching stuff

This diploma thesis is focused on the position on headmaster and the relations between the teachers. The thesis has been devided into several chapters and subchapters. In the theoretical basis of this thesis there are the main basic concepts explained as school, culture of the school, headmaster, personality of the headmaster, vision of the school, concepts of leaderships and management. The main goal of this diploma thesis is an analysis and description of quality of the relations of teachers stuff. Secondary, the thesis approaches following questions: What kind of leadership has been applied at the chosen school? How and to what extent can the headmaster influence relations in the teachers stuff? How do the teachers perceive the personality of the headmaster? An analysis of questionnaires and interview are the main methods used to answer these questions. The final results of this research have been summarized in the conclusion. Park Na Solidarite - public space design and its influence on life in neighborhood

The bachelor thesis is dedicated to the influence of city environment on the social life of its inhabitants with regards to the design of space. I am pointing to the influence of type of development of the city space and appearance of public ground on forming neighbor relationships among inhabitants. In the thesis, I am focusing on public space in unique city locality of housing development Solidarita. This housing project, which has been designed as a space, which shall support community relationships, does not work according to the ideas of its designers. One of the last public areas in the housing development Solidarita is the Park Na Solidarite, which does not comply with its function. I am suggesting possible reasons why it is so and I inquire into how local inhabitants perceive the space. KEY WORDS Sociology of architecture, social relations, urban space, public space

Intimate relationships of people with schizophrenia

The thesis is dedicated to intimate relationships of people with schizophrenic disorder (F20). The aim of this study was to determine the importance of intimate relationships attributed by women and men with schizophrenia in young adulthood. Their experience, ideals and expectations of partnership were also investigated. The theoretical part is divided into three parts. The first chapter describes the illness of schizophrenia, its characteristics, etiology, epidemiology, symptoms, deficits in cognitive and social functioning as well as current treatments oriented at psychosocial intervention. In the second chapter, the topic of partnerships of common people is presented. The third chapter describes the theme of partnerships in persons with schizophrenic disorder itself. The empirical part is based on qualitative methodology. Semi-structured interviews were undertaken with 11 respondents, investigating intimate relationships and sexuality of people with schizophrenia. The results are properly described and afterwards discussed with the available literature. In the conclusion, it is recommended further research and intervention in social relationships among people with schizophrenia.

Cooperation of teams and joint leisure time of employees

The diploma thesis Cooperation of Teams and Joint Leisure Time of Employees deals with relation between frequency of involvement of individuals in cooperation of teams and their evaluation of the cooperation, information sharing and spending leisure time with colleagues. In the theoretical part, the theme is put into the broader framework of culture. The main areas affecting the problem are defined further. Emphasis is put on corporate culture, organizational climate and social relations between individuals in a company. In the empirical part of the text, the research question is described, the main hypothesis is set, the operational hypotheses are derived, the operationalization is performed, and the company and its teams that are subject of the research are presented. Subsequently, all processes and their relation being subject of the research are theoretically anchored and described based on the data analysis. In the concluding part of the text, there is an overview of mutual sympathy, ties and antipathy of members of the studied teams as well as it is found out to what extent the data analysis confirms the hypotheses determined. Řehlovice 1880-1970

This thesis is looking into the history of the village Řehlovice in the Northbohemian region in years 1880 - 1970. This village was located till the end of the Second World War deep in the mostly by Germans inhabited territory named Sudetenland. The thesis wants in the time span study the changes of the local social conditions and the constitution of the inhabitants and other interesting themes whose are related to the situation before and after the Second World War which was a big turning point. In this time span changes the peaceful coexistence of two nations under the influence of the Nazi-ideology. This is the culmination point of the thesis, because it gains information from in German written and from in Czech written and till today unpublished eleven local chronics. It shows data and stories from small locality which could help to map unresearched places of history. The result of the thesis is a close look on these data and their evaluation. Parts of the thesis are illustrative graphs and illustrations taken from unpublished sources. They were given from the Czechs that staid but also from the deported Germans. Years after 1948 are briefly adapted for the comparison. Information about local education, parish and the gathering of deported Germans are situated in separated chapters.
